Join our Sunday Morning Dance Party Class!
Do you want more fun in your life? Do you want to feel more confident on the dance floor? Do you want to reconnect with the sexy baddie that you are?
Then this is the right class for you. My dance training background is in hip hop and flamenco among other styles, plus fitness. We will do follow along dance songs to start to warm up and get our heart rate up, followed by choreography to a new song each week (pop, Spanish pop, hip hop, reggaeton, etc). The level will be a mix of beginner moves and intermediate moves; everyone will master what they can and have a great time dancing.
This class meets for 6 sessions on the following Sundays, from 11:00am-11:50pm:
October 26
November 2
November 9
November 16
(2 week break)
December 7
December 14
The class location is Dance Connection Studio, 221 Center Street Grayslake. We will be at the BACK STUDIO, so park in the lot BEHIND the dance studio.
Missed classes cannot be made up, but you choose drop in classes instead of registering for the entire 6 weeks. Please email me at La.Rosa.Oscura.Flamenco@gmail.com if you want to drop in (pay by venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, etc).
This class is open to students of all ages (over 13), fitness levels, and genders; everyone is absolutely welcome. No experience is necessary for this class.
What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
